In the initial years kids are like an ore that can be moulded into a solid iron form. Thus we lay the strong foundation of education through the pre-primary programme created and carved by our Directors, Principal, Coordinators and Staff Members (with their insight, vision and special touches).
We are the first in our area to start the play school having innovative concept of “Bagless”. Our pre-primary programme is a unique blend of academic enrichment and creativity that gets updated every session. Our teachers play with our kids, engendering in them awareness about their surroundings and environment through demonstrations, digital animations, poetry/ song recitation and different games.
The curriculum is revised and updated every year keeping in view the demands of the rapidly changing world in this age of technology.

We use models, clay, puppets, songs and rhymes to teach our kids. With the help of play way method we bring out the positive aspects of numeric ability, memory skills, linguistic ability and general habits of our kids. We also do focus on creative arts and physical/ mental activities through digital boards, physical education, art & craft, music and dance.

Primary School

Unleashing the creativity
The primary concept we are having is innovative and tentative that inflame our kids and encourages their questioning courage. With the help of this concept our kids get friendly with the school environment and are unveiled to more creative ways of learning.
The concept includes display screen, role play, learning projects, conversation, problem solving and other interactive activities. The subjects taught are Hindi, English, Mathematics, EVS, Computers, GK and Drawing. They also get introduced to the real life scenario along with the competitive examinations like SOF, NTSE, Olympiad, etc.
Our teaching-learning process is not only confined to four walls of classrooms, but is based on outbound programmes including several fun filled activities that help camaraderie and an all-round social and physical development of the young brains. Regular tours are arranged for students to visit museums, exhibitions and historical places. They learn a lot from different locations with cultural, scientific and economic interest.

Middle School Concept

The middle school concept of “RKPS” comprises Classes from VI to VIII.
These classes are taken as the learning path to higher education. The academic curriculum is contemplated to infix a sound respect for hard work and to evolve sound formal learning skills. The kids are prepared for the firm academic necessity for the further senior school.
They are encouraged to do sole and group work, and become independent. Stress is emphasized on terms related to discipline and exactitude.
Subjects Trained: 
English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Computers, Mathematics, History and Civics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry and Biology along with General Knowledge and Drawing.
The class teacher tries to infix in the students ethical values, batch and team bonding through conversations, dramatics, acting and sports.

This platform helps parent and teacher to develop a rapport and build a strong relationship to understand and determine the need of a kid. Developing an integrated kid demands combine efforts from different stakeholders.

Two ways communication has great values for proper development of a kid. Parent as well as teacher shares their effort on a common platform for the welfare of a kid. Parent works at home on the feedback and observation shared by the teacher at school. Teacher modifies his way of handling the kids on school campus. Teacher keeps vigilant eyes on the mental and physical progress of a kid. Parent and teacher follow each other after school hours also to ensure whether their effort is going on right track or not.
3.Great platform for parent and teacher to share insights and information for the holistic development of a kid
Parent and teacher shares each other minute observation of a kid i.e. how does a kid behave with friends, his confidence level in the class, his self-esteem, self-awareness, decision making skill, interest in learning, special interest, hobbies, and classroom performance. A kid is pure mud. Parent and teacher try to grow a lotus on different favorable and unfavorable circumstances. Teacher’s works on parent feedback at school and parent works on teacher feedback at home.
4.Great platform for an educator to know a kid’s weakest and strongest areas from parent’s observation
Parent and teacher identify weak areas and try hard to improve those points. It is not a platform to make it just a complaining against each other. Both stakeholders should not deviate from kid’s concern. Proper education of kid is our prime concern. Parent and teacher’s personality is just value zero. Out ego has no great value if we could not be a wise parent and teacher. Our prime concern is to shape a kid into an integrated personality.

We are educator. We are professionals. We are skilled teachers. We must avoid clash with parent. We are listener. We must hear him. His problems and complains may be appear illogical, harsh and irrational at first instance but it may also be beneficial for so many students. When a parent sends his/her son/daughter to our school, s/he is sending `a life to us. Our prime concern is to provide a homely environment and a joyful learning experience to each and every one enrolled in our class/school
